Job Description
Experience Required 4–5 years of solid project management experience in a software or digital development environment. Proven track record managing multiple projects across the development lifecycle – design, development, QA, deployment. Exceptional communication and organizational skills. Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Ability to multitask and manage priorities under pressure. Experience working with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to gather refine and document project requirements
- Set task priorities and manage backlogs based on client inputs.
- Allocate appropriate Development QA and Design resources for each project phase.
- Track and manage design tasks from requirement gathering to delivery with deadlines.
- Oversee the entire CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) program: from ideation to launch in coordination with internal stakeholders and the client.
- Deliver consistent and clear status reports outlining progress
- blockers and timelines for all development-related tasks.
- Ensure project milestones are met risks are mitigated and clients are kept informed every step of the way.
